Dr. Williams has been with Markle Medical Center since July of 1991. His specialty is Family Practice.

He was born and raised in Lockport, New York. Dr. Williams graduated from Niagara University, New York, with a BS degree in biology with magna cum laude honors. He then completed one year of graduate school at S.U.N.Y. at Buffalo before deciding to go to Italy to medical school. He graduated from Ross University School of Medicine in June 1988. He then completed a three year Family Pracitce residency at the Fort Wayne Medical Education Program and became board certified in Family Practice which he has maintained since.

Dr. Williams has been President of Markle Medical Center since May 1998.
